Our quality assurance commitment

We quality assurance that, should any of our products give you a non-compliant outcome, we will make the required rectifications free of charge. If TEQSA identifies any non-compliance issues in work that we have prepared and delivered on your behalf, we will rectify the issues at no additional cost to you.

What it covers

• All compliance documentation prepared by AHEG consultants
• Policies and procedures we author for your institution
• Registration, re-registration and accreditation submission materials
• Courses and resources designed by our instructional design team

The conditions

• The outcome must arise from an audit conducted by a registering body
• This commitment applies only where the outcome is not influenced by changes made after purchase or delivery
• From 1 July 2018, where a regulator provides no opportunity for rectification (for example certain initial registration audits), the rectification commitment cannot apply to that audit type
